(i)Targeting of Your Career and Audience

1 You must have a clear idea of what you want to bring about in your professional life in order to maximize the impact of your resume for your targeted hiring managers/directors or prospective employer.

2 Before you start writing your resume interact with your close Friends, Relatives and Parent ask them about your most perfect and attractive skill personal trait like communication skill, professionalism, honesty, integrity, loyalty, dedication towards your job, relationship with other co-partner, planning and strategic skill etc. You must ask your boss (of present job) about your most efficient job skill. Include all your above merits in your resume attractively. Resumes must provide your skills, professional experience, accomplishments, and academic history in the minimum words with maximum impact.

3 Some words which include Multi-language, integrity, reliability, loyalty, honesty, professionalism, integrity, you must use in your resume. Do not mention the qualification which you does not having. Key words include industry-specific terminology i.e. "generally accepted accounting principles" for accountants. "triage" for nurses; and nouns or noun phrases indicating qualifications or required tasks i.e. general ledger, word processing, contract negotiations, benefits, payroll, closing (for sales people); catering services, new menu items logistics, quality assurance, advertising campaigns, product launches, staffing, training, orientations. Companies that employ scanners require a set number of hits on key words before the hiring manager will personally review the applicant’s resume. It is always wise to incorporate as many key words as possible into your resume. But key word should be incorporated such a manner that one who read it impressed not bored. Resume writing is an art and it vary person to person as God has created human being such.

(ii) Formatting for Maximum Impact

1. Resume formatting is very important. Resume formatting should be done such way that when one’s resume is opened by a hiring manager, director or your prospective employer, it must appeal to him or her on a visual level, while accurately reflecting your industry or career goal. If formatting is not done properly hiring manger may relegate one’s resume no matter how brilliantly it is written -- to the rejection stack.

Follow basic guides line for formatting of your resume:-
Effective use of one’s data
Effective use of template and correct Font

Effective use of one’s data
Your qualification data, your skill and special Skill, your experience Summary, your extra special skill out of your job , Education Data with best terminology words specific to your job should be placed at first page. Candidate to prioritize data such a way in the shortest form that a hiring manager know about him in a glance what the job seeker has to offer the company in terms of achievement, work experience, academic qualification , personality of the individual, certifications, and specialty, such as relocation, ready to travel abroad, fluency in languages.

Effective use of template and correct Font
Font and template in any type of resume should be used as simple as possible so that there should not be any irritation to the hiring manger. Data presented in a disorganised or contradictory manner most likely to be reject at its initial. An effective template will present significant data of a candidate in understandable manner so that a quick glance will impact on the person and tell a person what he want to know. The consistency in format makes the job of hiring manger so easy, which any person like it.

Templates should be chosen such a way that they reflect a candidate’s profession or target quickly. It is a common misunderstanding that jazzing up a resume with some stylistic tricks will get the document read. On the contrary, the resume will get noticed and discarded within seconds. It is not the font or templates that you use, attracts attention, but rather the résumé’s initial appearance and the words crafted within it.

So it is advised that the simple font with 11 or 12 point should be used in the resume. Two good choices on fonts are Times New Roman and Arial in 11 points -- no smaller, or the text will be difficult to read. No hiring manger wants to read a text-heavy document with sentences that run on for four or five lines. In today’s fast-paced life, you must get your point across quickly, with a minimum of words presented as bulleted sentences within special sections (i.e. Profession, Professional Experience, Education and Qualifications Summary), and separated by well-placed white space.
